Plain dealing
We would rather explain a contract in plain language up front than have a client discover a surprise later. Terms are written to be read, not just signed.
We are a small, deliberately-sized team in Steinfeld (Oldenburg) that has spent years learning how leasing, asset finance, and Mietkauf actually work for the businesses that rely on them.
Our approach
Leasing, asset finance, and Mietkauf all sound like financial products on paper, but in practice they change how a business actually operates — what it can take on, how quickly it can grow, and how much room it has to breathe between orders. We keep that reality in view throughout every conversation we have.
Our team is made up of people who came from equipment finance, commercial vehicle sales, and business advisory backgrounds before joining PS Leasing- und Finanz. That mix means we tend to ask practical questions early — about usage, maintenance, and what happens at the end of a contract — rather than leading with numbers alone.
Our history
A short walk through the milestones that shaped the company we are today.
Founding
PS Leasing- und Finanz GmbH was founded in Steinfeld (Oldenburg) by a small group of finance and commercial vehicle specialists who wanted to offer local businesses a more attentive alternative to standard bank leasing desks.
Early growth
As word spread among regional trades and transport businesses, we built out dedicated vehicle and fleet leasing services, working directly with dealers to keep turnaround times short for commercial customers.
Broadening scope
Manufacturing and logistics clients began asking for the same structured approach for production machinery and warehouse equipment, so we widened our asset finance offering to cover heavier, longer-life assets.
Introducing Mietkauf
We introduced Mietkauf arrangements for clients who wanted their monthly payments to count toward eventual ownership, giving businesses a middle path between straightforward leasing and outright purchase.
Today
Today our team continues to work closely with businesses across the region, keeping the same principle at the centre of every proposal: financing should fit the way a business actually operates.
What guides us
We would rather explain a contract in plain language up front than have a client discover a surprise later. Terms are written to be read, not just signed.
Payment schedules are built around the asset's real working life and the business's real cash flow, not a template that happens to be easy for us to administer.
Most of our clients come back for their next vehicle, machine, or system. We would rather earn that than chase one-off deals.
Get in touch and tell us what you are planning. We will let you know honestly whether we are the right fit.
